Missions Minute - Justin and Jenny Burkholder (January 16, 2025)

I get to connect with Justin and Jenny Burkholder, missionaries to Guatemala City, Guatemala. They plant churches in the city and bring up leaders to help continue the ministry there. Justin also continues to be the International Director for TEAM and travels for this role. (TEAM’s purpose is to send prospective missionaries, plant seeds of the Gospel, and invest resources effectively for the glory of God). Jenny stays home with their 3 daughters and supports the girls in their school studies, activities and daily life.

For the holidays, they were able to spend time with their family that resides in Florida. They have just finished up their Summer Break and have returned to school for the next part of their year.

This year, they also received an end of year gift from our church from your generous giving to support their ministry. They were thankful and expressed their gratitude.

Prayers this month include safety for their family as Justin travels for his role at TEAM and for Jenny and their girls at home for their daily life in a country away from family and friends. They also request that we pray for them to have strength in their faith to continue to raise up leaders in their community through their church family.
