Missions Minute - The Larsons (April 24, 2025)

“Since coming to KSU in 2014, I've fallen in love with the university, the city of Kent, and the people around me. Every student has a unique story to tell and a desire for hope, and I believe this desire is best filled by the love of Jesus. The heart change that occurs within each student as a result of this love is nothing short of incredible! God has used H2O to change my life and the lives of so many at Kent State, and I've had the honor of working for this church through Reliant since 2017. My goal here in Kent is to serve and to share the stories of those impacted by Christ's provision. Excited to serve Him with you!” - Nick Larson, H2O Kent

I (Ace) had the opportunity to visit H2O Kent a few weeks ago along with other men and their families. We witnessed the incredible work God is doing at Kent State University. The hallway was filled with energetic young adults, eager to worship and grow in their faith. The auditorium was nearly full, with over 150 students, and almost everyone was fully engaged during the praise and worship. A student named Lauren shared her testimony on stage, speaking about her journey of discovering a personal faith in Christ—one that went beyond simply growing up in a Christian home. Nick’s ministry at Kent State is making a powerful impact in the lives of students through the love of Jesus. Your financial support can help him continue this life-changing work and reach even more hearts on campus. Prayers are also a vital way to stand with him, asking God to guide, strengthen, and bless his efforts. Consider visiting the ministry in person to witness firsthand the transformation taking place. Together, we can support Nick as he faithfully serves and shares Christ’s love at Kent. H2O has made a lasting impact on the lives of many students in Kent—reaching non-believers, new believers, and those growing deeper in their faith. If you’re led to support Nick and his family, please don’t hesitate to reach out to him.
