Missions Minute - Bruce and Lisa Burkholder (September 2024)

Bruce and Lisa Burkholder serve as directors of EBI, Editorial Bautista Independente, which is affiliated with Baptist Mid Missions. EBI prints, publishes and distributes Christian Hispanic books, manuals, reading material and blogs that benefit, strengthen and help missionaries, pastors and believers in Spanish speaking countries. They had been missionaries in Mexico for years before God led them back to the states to the current role they are now in at EBI. Bruce also serves as the interim director of STEP, Strategic Theological Education Partnerships which is branch of BMM focusing on teaching and educating missionaries throughout the globe.

While, Bruce’s time has been occupied with both EBI and STEP, Lisa has started serving as a certified therapeutic riding instructor, giving students with disabilities equine therapy and the opportunity to share the gospel with both the students and volunteers through the organization she serves in.  They both feel God has been using them in wonderful ways.
