Missions Minute - The Burkholders (April 9th, 2025)

Justin and Jenny Burkholder who had been missionaries to Guatemala City, Guatemala for 12 years. Justin continues to be the International Director for TEAM and travels frequently for this role. Jenny stays home with their 3 daughters and supports the girls in their school studies, activities and daily life.  

Throughout the time that Justin’s role has increased in responsibilities and began to include many international work trips to the states and abroad. It brought them to the difficult decision to move closer to friends and family to begin a new part of their lives back in the US.

In November 2025, they chose to move back to the city of Chicago as they lived there during their college years.  

Prayer requests include: 
-Safety for Justin as he continues to travel internationally and oversee multiple ministries throughout his role.
-Church, friends and school are new so they appreciate the prayers as they continue to adjust to the challenges that come along with that.
