Dave and Jen Cox served in Bucharest, Romania for 29 years as church planters, disciple-makers, and mission mobilizers as well as in leadership at Bucharest Christian Academy and as the Bucharest team leader (Dave) and Europe area leader (Jen). In January 2024, they transitioned to the Member Care team and now provide pastoral care, encouragement and equipping for missionaries in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA). As of May 2025, Dave and Jen are based in Beverly, MA, regularly traveling to Europe and MENA for field visits and to Minneapolis for staff training and debriefing.
