What We Value:

People

If we believe that all people can experience freedom from the power and penalty of sin, we must give the people in our community the chance to hear about the life-changing message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. After they enter into God’s family and our church, we will do our best to love them as God has loved us (Mark 2:17; Luke 19:10; Acts 1:8).


Biblical teaching with an emphasis on life change

We want to see the lives of people without hope transformed through the Word of God and the Spirit of God; therefore, the Bible will be preached and we will allow the Holy Spirit to change hearts. We will strive to make the Bible applicable to everyday life so that people can demonstrate their faith in their attitudes, actions, and reactions (John 8:31-32; Romans 10:17; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Timothy 4:2-4; Hebrews 4:12).


Friendly Environments

There is no place for unkindness, judging others, or ignoring others in the church so in all of our environments we will model kindness to all people. It is important that the church be the friendliest place in our community (Matthew 7:12; Matthew 22:37-39).


Simplicity

The goal is not to create a ministry for every “need,” but to encourage relationships outside church to fulfill those needs; therefore, we will offer simple programs/events and encourage our people to work at their job, develop relationships with their neighbors, invite their friends to church, and spend time with their family.


Quality

Everything that we do should be done to the best of our ability. We realize that everything we do cannot be perfect, but we endeavor to represent Jesus well by giving Him our best (1 Corinthians 10:31).


Identity

Every church is built with a unique ability to minister in the context where God has placed them; therefore, we will not force our people to be anyone other than who God has created them to be. People of diverse nature will be equally respected.
